Community referral

Community organizations and individuals may introduce someone seeking housing. Get the person’s permission before sharing contact details or asking Saving One LLC to contact them.

Share the referral purpose and basic contact information only. A referral does not confirm housing or acceptance.

Resident application

Ready to apply? Contact Saving One LLC for the application and next steps. The owner makes admission decisions. Background screening costs $45 per person, and two photo IDs are verified through a separate private process.

Applying or paying the screening fee does not guarantee acceptance.

Protect your private information

Do not send ID copies, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or private medical, recovery, court or financial records through a general inquiry or referral.
